How much does VoIP cost?

Do you have an uncapped VoIP option?
Yes. We have several uncapped voice solutions to choose from. Please get in touch with us to discuss the best solution for your business. (sales@bitco.co.za)
Please note that uncapped voice is not available for call centres.
Do I get a telephone number?
Yes. We will set up a voice account and with that you will be issued a telephone number or range for your business. This number will be a 087 number.
Can I port to BitCo's Network?
Yes, your business can port both geographic and certain non-geographic numbers to our Network.
This includes geographic numbers like 011, 012, 021, 031, etc., as well as non-geographic numbers such as 086 and 087.
However, please note that toll-free numbers (0800) cannot be ported at this time.
Can BitCo's VoIP be used over any Internet connection?
Yes. Our VoIP can be used over any Internet connection. For quality of service we recommend using our Connectivity.
Can BitCo's VoIP be used over another providers PBX/ VPBX?
Yes, you can use either our voice solution or another providers solution. Your business will receive a voice account and voice traffic will be routed via our Voice Network.
For quality of service we recommend using our Virtual PBX or PBX products.
