What is uncontended 1 : 1 Fibre Internet?
This means that you are not sharing your line with any other business. The contention ratio is 1 : 1. It is a dedicated line.
What is a symmetrical service?
This means that your download and your upload speeds are the same.
Do you have a temporary service while Fibre is being deployed?
Yes. We can provide a temporary wireless microwave link as an interim solution. (Line of sight dependent). Fixed LTE is also an option should there be no line of site for the microwave link.
Do you have operational uptime guarantees and SLAs?
Yes, BitCo maintains and manages the Fibre Network, this allows for the quality of the link, we have an SLA option that can be paired with the service.
What type of IP address is issued?
1 Public IP is included. Please note that additional IP’s are available on request on the Dedicated Fibre service.
Is a Router included?
A Router is not included in the monthly Internet service fee. A separate quote will be provided for a managed Router. Pricing is based on the speed of the link ordered.
