Fixed LTE is on the back-bone of the MTN Network. Data speeds and signal strength are best effort, and is subject to coverage on the MTN Fixed LTE Network.

Is RICA required?
Yes. The standard BitCo RICA process applies.

Your SIM card will be active from when the device is delivered to you.
Can I use this LTE service anywhere?
The Fixed LTE service is only designed to be used at your business address. The SIM card will be locked to the location you provide and your Fixed LTE services will only work at this location.
What time is night time data?
Night time data is available for use between 00:00 – 05:59 only
What happens if I move to a new location?
You can request to have your Fixed LTE service moved to another location once a year.
What if I move and my new area has no coverage?
Our Fixed LTE services can only be used within MTN Fixed LTE coverage areas. If you are moving to an area without coverage you will need to follow our quick and easy cancellation process. Email notices@bitco.co.za
Is the IP private or public?
MTN Fixed LTE provides a public dynamic IP address as a default. A static IP is optional. Please speak to a BitCo sales representative for more information
Are top ups available if data is depleted?
Yes. You can top up ay any time by visiting the LTE top up portal. To log into the portal you will need the registered account person e-mail or mobile number. A one-time pin will be sent to the e-mail or mobile to grant access. Please refer to the Pricing Table to view pricing.
